The property has the advantage of being spread out on a wide area and has numerous outdoor spaces, from the terrace overlooking Lake Como, to the relaxing private spots within the park and around the pool.
RESTAURANT AND BAR
We will guarantee a distance of at least 4 feet among tables in the restaurant and bar. Please always wear your mask when not at your table.
WELL-TRAINED STAFF
Employees are receiving regular training on new standards regarding COVID-19 safety protocols. All staff members wear a mask covering the nose and mouth, they all work maintaining safe distances. The body temperature of every single staff member is measured before entering the hotel ground
HAND SANITIZER
In each area of the hotel, hand sanitizer dispensers will be available to guests and collaborators.
SAFETY DEVICES
Safety devices such as masks and hand-sanitizing gel will be available to all guests and staff.
ROOMS
Cleanliness and hygiene have always been a number one priority at Villa Mojana. All rooms are perfectly cleaned, aired out and sanitized before each new guest arrives.
We will intensify the disinfection procedures, with particular attention to the items frequently touched.
AIR CONDITIONING
To avoid the risk of spreading the virus through the air conditioning systems, we will double the sanitation frequency of the filters in the air-conditioners of common areas and rooms.
